    Tissue Culture

So i know that taking a tissue culture is difficult to take from nepenthes because of the bacteria, but has anyone tried different methods for success? I had thought about boiling water and sterilizing a larger portion and then attempt in a sterile environment. Any suggestion from anyone who has attempted and had success with it?

Boiling the plant material ? My only suggestion there would be to get the butter and garlic ready.

I think actual tissue culture of nepenthes is more difficult than aseptic germination because the contamination tends to come from the inside explant. If you want to try it this thread http://www.terraforums.com/forums/sh...Tissue-Culture and many others detail the steps of sterilization in aseptic germ.
