Hi all,

Mitjo:Your german is realy terrible ,but you should hear my Finnish.
Schloaty:I live in Western Germany only 3 km from the french border and 20 km from the Luxemburg border.
Jeff:I sometimes look onto your webpage ,when I want to see excellent cultivated Nepenthes
.Your N.aristol.was it also a male?(I think it was)My plant is now about 25 cm in length and I have an other what is 50 cm but it is the short one wich is in bud.I culivate them very hard(that means :full light, air movement, dry and cold)And so they keep more compact for some time.
Rob:Thanks for your good judgement you gave to me and my plants.Shure you can have some Pollen ,no problem .I will send when the flower opens. In the next time I will only have a female N.truncata, but I can really not imagine what will be the result of these parentage.
There is one Natural hybrid of N.aristo and N.singalana ,I have this plant in my collection and it is looking very nice.
Will You be in Europe in the next time?
Rob and Schloaty:It is not really necessary to type slow for me, we both (my dictionary and I)will manage this .

Christian,

Thank you for your kind words regarding my website!

Yes, the specimen which flowered for me was indeed male.
I, too, grow this species very hard, with overnight lows of
about 7 C, and high light levels. I've found that it
will not grow well for me unless overnight lows are quite cool.

BTW, Ihr Englisch ist ganz gut. Viel besser als mein
Deutsch! Ich hoffe, daß Sie mehr wieder schreiben. Ich möchte
Gartenbauinformationen mit Ihnen zu teilen!

Gruß,
Jeff

Could I also have a little pollen? I would only be able to create a hybrid, but it should be interesting .

That is great that you have got your N. aristolochioides to bloom. How long have you had the plant.

Ich würde
lieben,
That sound somewhat pornographic, but even though I have to use English rather that Afrikaans, this is truely a great site! And I hope to see recognized authorities post more often.

Yeah. It seems like they hardly ever post. I guess they're too good for the cp forums j/k.
