This is one of my new favorite nepenthes. See;

It's the most beautiful nepenthes I've ever seen

! I'm going to get one for Christmas. Does anyone know how to grow it?

I would class N. densiflora as a moderately difficult highland type. IE it is less tolerant to less than ideal conditions than some. If you can provide the right temperature range, good humidity and light then it should do fine.

Hi Demi,

N. densiflora is somewhat more difficult than its close relative N. carunculata (now N. bongso) for me. I'm only growing this species for half a year by now, but providing typical highland conditions seems to be OK for good growth. I've added a page for this plant including some pics on my HP: http://home.arcor.de/j.danz/N_densiflora_f.html

Thanks. I may not be able to provide the best conditions for it, but I really want it anyway

. Perhaps it will adjust. How large does the plant get?

N. densiflora is one of the few that will have mature lower looking pitchers even at a small size. How big it gets will depend on how well it grows. It is not one of those that will go from a small plant to a couple feet across quickly.
