I ordered 3 nepenthes from another nursery that was having a clearance sale. I received my order today and got a bonus plant. All plants were shipped bare root and are now in 6" pots.

    Plants I ordered:
    N. ampullaria
    N. rafflesiana
    N. bicalcarata

    Bonus plant:
    N. sanguinea

The color of plants was the nursery's choice. I got the following:
    N. ampullaria "spotted"
    N. rafflesiana "Brunei"
    N. bicalcarata "red"

    Edited 9/13/2002.

Ok, I have one photo. Its shows all the plants together in their separate pots.

    Are they a bit 'rough'?

They are not too bad. There are a couple rough leaves and urns, but I think thats normal for bare root shipping. The urns in the photos also have a bit of soil on them. I didn't have enough time to wash them off completely. Was more interested in getting them potted up.

Overall, I am satisfied with the plants. They all should grow well. Once they get big enough, I will be taking cuttings. In the mean time, I will be getting new growing areas setup.
