no i cought the darn thing w/ my fingers then because the traps are so small i had to use tweezers to put it in the trap.

you should get a N. Bacal. for your ant problem or just buy a can of raid.

i'll pass on the ant for the meal on wheels. got enought bugs and animals running around here to feed the plants.

If people are more concerned about feeding a rajah at this stage rather than looks, I would recommend cutting the lid off to feed small insects. It will allow easy access to the pitcher and the pitcher will still function as a carnivorous appendage.

    Regards,

that was the first time i actually feed the Rajah due to it still being small. i usally go for the looks until they get bigger then i usally drop a bug into the pitcher when they first open.

Schloaty, the smilies are from a diff forum so i really don't want to say where i got them so they don't get over used in here.

    N.G.,
what do you got for lighting and how far do you keep it from the light? the one i got has red in it but nothing like yours. it actaully has more green to the bottom of the pitcher
and is slowly turning a red color
