Wet leaves

My current grow chamber situation necessitates frequent misting to maitain a high humidity. I know that many Nepenthes like to be misted, but how much is too much?

I have heard that too much moisture on the leaves for too long is harmful. I also heard that this may be more harmful in the day, or at night... (I do not remember which it was).

Leaves can be quite wet without much harm but if the growing point is perpetually wet, it can rot your little beauty right away. As for in a terrarium/chamber, I would have it mist in the morning only. Chambers, if well sealed will hlld humidity with no problems.

Cheers!

Really it's just standing water for more then 24 hours on a leaf at a time that is an issue.
