Uh...NO. Even if I had another specimen I would only trade it off for a Nepenthes equally as rare and if the receiver could properly care for it long term. This species is very rare and very touchy so it should only be in a collection if the person can care for it and ensure success. Thats one of my biggest pet peeves, only get the plants you can care for properly. You may admire the plant and love it to death but don't have the proper expierence or setup for it. Sorta like, I like N. villosa, but I live in Arizona and put in on your windowsill....it ain't gonna work!

Aw, nepenthes gracilis, I liked the shorter response better!

Similarly, you'd have to pry my N. aristolochioides from my cold dead hands! Not only is it rare, hard to grow, and extraordinarily cool looking, it cost a lot!!

Well Max, can't be too harsh now. All Kirk did was ask a question, but I mean seriously who the heck would trade an N. aristolochioides off? Uness of course you had 10 extras!

    Hey Nep G,

Might sound crazy, but I'm working on growing a somewhat rare Nepenthes from seed, and then giving away, trading, and selling for the cost of shipping. But, by they time they grow out, they won't be rare anymore, lol.
