Nice! I love lowii's lower pitchers, they're so beautiful.

Make sure to give us a pic of that rajah pitcher when it opens!

That lowii is absolutely gorgeous! Such complex peristome coloration. Impressive. What locale is it?

Hey dustin I'm really digging that N. sanguinea Genting Red, its such a beautiful shade of red...

Hey folks!

Yes it seems everyone loves N. lowii!

Nate, it is the Mt. Kinabalu locale. Clone from Malesiana.

Jess, isn't that the most pretty N. sanguinea? I love it myself! So large too, need to be repotted soon.

Maybe it's because I am on a diet right now, but those hamata pitchers are really fat towards the base, lol. That one on the right looks like it needs to go on a diet. Great job, Dustin!

Joe

That N. sangeinea is the most spectacular one I've seen. Honestly. I know N. sanguinea isn't as rare or uncommon as those other pictures you posted (which of course are great as well) but I just really love that N sanguinea. Its color is just so amazing. Even the plant itself is great looking. Dustin you sure got yourself a really nice Sanguinea there... How long have you had that plant and how long did it take to get that nice?

Wonderful plants, and wonderful photos! Ouch.

Hi everyone,

Joe, yes the pitchers are quite bulbous. Maybe its the yellow jacket in one of the newer ones! lol

Jess, I've had the N. sanguinea since 2/9/03. It was about 5-6 inches across when I got it. Now its' about 10 inches plus across with 6 inch tall pitchers.

Wow, that N. lowii is really freakin' out! How big is the pitcher? Hopefully mine will do that soon!

Hey guys,

Josh, The pitcher is approx. 3 inches tall. Took a good long while to make that pitcher! All the moving around form the house to the greenhouse and such...no misters for 1 year. Now finally I have the swamp cooler functioning correctly, and misters it made this nice pitcher....another one just opened up too. The N. hamata is really taking off now....have a surprize on it too....just waiting a few days.....

Hi Dustin,

very nice plants as always! The N. glabrata will get more bulbous when older, although my smaller plant hasn't started to climb:

Dustin, are you gonna tell me that your N. hamata is flowering? That would just be killer! Since we've got the same clone (more than likely) then I'll know what sex I've got.

Hey folks,

Joachim, very nice N. glabrata! My vine is gettign waay too tall and may need to chop it back. Would like to start some more plants anyhow. It has about 5 basal rossettes anywho.

Josh, not it's not there yet (maybe next year....or sooner....) but I think I have an upper forming...it is VERY different from my low buds so I am really excited.

Cool! How tall is your hamata now? Does this new pitcher have the curl in the tendril? Does it have the wings?
I've got TONS of the curly upper pitcher tendrils but none seem to wanna inflate... even with supports. Grrr! Just like the N. fusca who goes ahead and flowers but doesn't show me an upper!

I just replaced the rest of the highland tank lights tonight so maybe this will stimulate some activity!

I would have had a curly Q in the tendril but it wrapped sidways around the support of another hanging pot....but it's in perfect condition just days away form being full size adn ready to open..I'm hoping it will be an uper or at least an intermediate.

If it ends up being an upper\intermediate post some pics!
