    I think it may be getting normal... Perhaps the extra 2-4*F of summer was just too much... Remember, you are the one that stole the aristo x vent!

    Hmm, thats awesome that you're able to grow plants out in the open like that, almost takes away the challenge doesn't it? I'm just kidding, of course its still challenging!!! I'm guessing for your full lowland plants you have a heated chamber....

    If I did that same set-up, except with the front covered, would the humidity screw up the lights? I think I have the same shelf system, or one close.

    Whoops, forgot to answer Peter and Christian.

    Peter, the lights are Fluorex compact fluorescent fixtures, which I get at the local Home Depot. They are really cheap, and grow neps great!

    Christian, here's a pic of the thorelli x aristo. First, an upper:

    And as a bonus for wading through all this, here's a mystery aristo hybrid. Any guesses?

    Ohhh can`t wait till I have one in my grubby paws! You realy like aristos and there progany eh? The hybrid might be aristo x tentaculata?
