I snapped some great pics today, and i think you'll like them.

    We'll start out with N. X Ventrata's newest pitchers.

    N. truncata

    N. rajah

    N. bongso with it's prized peristome.

    A new N. burbidgeae pitcher

    Nepenthes alata

Some red form of N. albomarginata

    I hope you like them!

My favourite one out of all of those is the N.bongso, looks so cool, maybe there's grape juice in the pitchers

Wow! Great photos, Dave! I love the Nepenthes bongso and the N. x Ventrata. And I find the sleekness of N. alata to be fascinating. Thanks for the inspiration!

What clone/variety is that bongso? I have never seen one so black as that before! Most I see are a red colour with some green. Excellent plants, Dave.

I don't know the variety, ask Tony Paroubek. He sold it too me.

The red one with green in it sounds like one of Malesiana's clones. I grow about 5 of their clones, and 4 of them are the deep purple identical show in that picture, but one is greeny red that never gets much colour. My assumption is that it's a hybrid with something else, but in all other respects the morphology seems to be that of bongso.
