Thought I'd post an update here.
Despite what many people say about these plants, they all grow quite fast for me. I'm growing them mostly live sphag, with the exception of my reniformis (not shown here) and alpina.
U. alpina "Pittier's Moon":
Surprise! It grew all the way out of the bottom of its pot!
U. nelumbifolia:

Another hybrid, U. humboldtii x quelchii. This one hasn't made many big leaves for me, but has put out at least a dozen runners/ stolons since I got it. Kinda like the humboldtii I have:
