    Measured horizontally, the flower is 2.6cm (1 inch) across at it's widest.

    I think I probably wasted about two of those years figuring out how best to grow this one under my conditions, you probably shouldn't have to wait so long [img]http://www.**********.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif[/img]

    Just for the record, the flower scape (stalk) is only about 5 inches tall, in the larger (typical forms) it can be over 18 inches.
