    Hello,
I believe there was a post similar to this one a while back, but I'm not sure. Anyways there are 2 inch white vine lookin things sticking out of the soil, and there are little stolons and bladders on them! they are everywhere, and all over the top of the soil too! I will post a photo soon (if i can get one close enough to even see the bladders out of soil)

What species of utric is it? I have these arial stolons on nearly all of my utrics, and they are great for starting new plants.

I've heard that they do this in high humidity, but I'm new to these plants so I can't conferm from experience.
