I've got a magic window!
I have a Genlisea lobata which has been growing for around a year now. Recently the main plant has been getting smaller with less leaves.
A few new plants have started to pop up in other locations in the pot.
Does this plant typically die back from time to time?
Mine seem to wane and wax seasonally. They are at their best around December in my conditions.
Remember that in the wild G.lobata and G.violacea are usually annuals, although they can grow for several years at least in cultivation.
