is my flytrap dying? or is it fried?

I was looking for gnarled leaves, which would be aphids. I don't see that. I don't see blackened traps, which is is unusual for a suffering plant. I think I see critter damage as in maybe a bird trying to get at food that is trapped, but I'm not certain. I also see lots of green leaves and new growth, so I think what is happening is external to the plant.
War. War never changes.
What is this?
