My VFTs are enjoying the outside sunlight so much that I am wondering whether my plans for a plexiglass top on my terrarium is not a mistake.
Any light-filtering probs with run-of-the-mill plexiglas? Do the plants need the UV that it almost certainly reduces?
I can mount the lights within the enclosure, or put in cutouts for them, if I need to. (I may do this anyway--I have this idea that I can hide the lights effectively by using a reflective border around the top edge of the tank, and on the bottom side of the plexiglass top.)
