    Hey Joe,

First let me say Welcom to the forums.

Now, on to your question. Time for digestion is really dependant on a lot of different factors (light, temps, age of trap, etc.) As a general rule I would say 1-2 weeks.

    Joe, Welcome to the forums!

I feed my traps pet store crickets all the time, I usually have them gone in 5 days. You will notice a very large growth spurt from using these crickets, my generation of traps that grew after feeding the plant crickets doubled and almost tripled in size. Enjoy the show, and glad to see you on the forums.
