I know growers who have 15 year old rhizomes. Beyond this figure I do not know, they might outlive me!

The average life of a vft is abot tree to four decades but I heard that some plants have live up to 60 years . ( that's older than my grndparents )

Hi guys, the life of a fly trap is indefinite, I still have mine from 1979 and I must have sold 20 or more daughter plants and the 10 plants it is now means that you cannot place an upper limit. They just keep dividing and eventually you have to keep separating them...
