    oh okay, so it's just another way to measure light wavelengths. Cool.... then the answer to the question that the spectrum must inclued all the wavelengths that reach earth via the sun in order to mimic them for any area.

    Don't forget, amount of light (lumens) or duration of light (photoperiod) they are just as important as spectrum, perhaps even more so.
