New growth after flowering...

Hi all!

Since I cut the flower stalk of my vft, it has now started to produce traps again.
Before flowering, the trap 'embryos' were a very pale green, but now they have a distinctive red tint.

Is this normal behaviour after flowering, or is something bad going on?
Could it have occured due to increased sunlight exposure these last days?

All the full-grown traps are still the same color as usual.

Thanks / Quensel.

Yep, it sounds pretty normal to me. Early spring traps tend to be smaller and less well coloured.

Ok, good to hear, that...

Am I correct in thinking that these will be growing more 'upright' than the others have, standing almost vertically?
Theyre still very small, but its always fun to flash a bit of fact att ppl commenting on the plants
