Anything more then once yearly will do your plants more harm then good,you realy only have to transplant them if they have a problem.Eg. mineral buildup,too large for pot,or 'sour' compacted soil.
Annual repotting has some real benefits. If there has been a mineral/salt accumulation in the mix, repotting will remove this danger to the plants health. On the other hand if you are careful with your mix and water there probably is no real need to transplant yearly. As long as the plants are growing vigorously, let them be would be my advice.
