    yea but can i jus put it in the shade? and thats it? the other issue is humidty, itll get sun but not that? generally my windowsil provides them both- the sun shines directly at my window and the plants seem to love it [img]http://www.**********.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif[/img]

    What is your humidity outside?

    Also the glass blocks some sun rays.

    You don't want to leave it in the shade. Most Sarrs like lotsa light.

    my humidity at this time is like 40% and the wind will kill the sarrs and the temp can get really hi, but in my window sil in the afternoon can get to 100*f

    What temps outside is High?

    Here in NY we get Hot and Cold. Dry and Humid.

    I saw the pic, very nice.

    Well my Sarrs and VFT's were out in Long Island Weather today. Hot and Humid and then now it's only 50% Hum. 84.5F.

    They were in like 90F and they look happy to me. I'm sure they can go outside. Where do you live btw?

    I moved my plants outside because my bay window in my new house was getting very little light. [img]http://www.**********.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/new/smile_h_32.gif[/img] I plan to move them inside during the winter. I have a hardware cloth 2x2x2 foot cube I put over the majority of them to keep animals off. I go home and water them during lunch and man I never realized how good they are at catching bugs. Within 2-3 minutes, I saw two ants die to a sarr and a nep and a couple more wandering around the VFTs.
