Are these traps considered big?

It is still very green and healthy when I went to Lowe's the other day.

Now all that trap has to do is sing and try and eat Rick Moranis! Then you have something there. LoL!

Are you sure it was 2.25 inches? That seems too good to be true, did you have a ruler of some sort at that time to measure it?

No, but my parents are taking me to measure it in a few days. I will post official measurements if it is still there.

I have had, on my 30 year old plant, one season where it put out 2.5 inch traps. Sorry, no photos. But the membership coordinator for thr ICPS was visiting, and saw the plant in its glory. She will NEVER forget the sight of this monster. The same plant has not seen that size since Cindy Slezak's visit. Stays at 1.5 to 1.75 inches now. Want to see those monster traps again.
