Your P. ??? looks like it might be P. ehlersia to me. Thanks for posting all the pics. I like the side view of the flower showing the nectar in the nectar tube.

Thanks, the unknown ping does look a little bit like P. ehlersia.

Beautiful plants. The flowers of Pinguicula laueana (CP3) are some of my favorite--a screaming, shocking cerise pink that almost hurts your eyes. Has it bloomed for you yet?

What is P. A.L. #13? It almost looks like a form of Pinguicula agnata to me.

Thanks, No the P. laueana hasn't bloomed for me yet but im hoping it will soon.

I think P. A. L. #13 is a unidetified species, and yes it does look kinda like P. agnata.

Max-

Your P. 'John Rizzi' is not the real thing. I don't know what the one you have is..but I do know it's not a P. 'John Rizzi'.

Thanks Phil, I was starting to question it myself.

Lovely pings!

Is your P. lautner 92/52 showing its non-carnivorous leaves? I have a hybrid doing the same thing.

  • #11
Thanks, Yep the P. lautner 92/52 is showing its non carnivorous leaves.
