What's wrong with my P. 'Aphrodite'?

My P. 'Aphrodite' was doing well for me. But the tip of the leaves turned brown recently. What could be wrong?

Too much sun ?
I've seen ping rot but that isn't it.
 
It may have been momentarily poisoned (water, soil). I would try repotting to fresh media.
 
Looks a tid bit like sun burn. But I agree you should probably repot.
 
I grow them indoor. I am using 2 x 36 W Phillips 865 fluorescent light. Light on for 14 hours a day.
I will try to change the substrate.
