How to get seeds

So i have this ping that now has like 5 flowers.....How do i get it to seed? are they self polinating???

From your photo, your plant appears to be Pinguicula primuliflora, or it might even be Pinguicula ionantha. Either can be self-pollinated to generate viable seed. Environmental conditions need to be right in order for this to happen, though it isn't horribly difficult to provide them. Most problematic is obtaining viable pollen while the stigma is still receptive.
 
When is it most viable in a sence, would it be just after the flower opens for the first time or later before it dies?
