Does anybody have a P. 1713 flower to compare with the P. 1717 above?

Fryster.. open up some space in your PM box for Pete's sake. I haven't heard a peep from you in almost a year.. How can your inbox be full?

Nice shot, Fryster!

Jim, your Pinguicula are luscious as always.

My Pinguicula 'Sethos' is making a flower bud! That'll be open soon. And I think I see one beginning to emerge from my Pinguicula esseriana!!

Great color on the Pinguicula 'Sethos'! I have one that just initiated a scape. All of my pings are still quite green. As of this morning, a Pinguicula 'John Rizzi' opened up its flower:

All these flowers! Nice. Yeah, my Pinguicula 'Sethos' seems to LOVE me. When I got it, it was this little green messy thing... and as soon as I stuck it in my rack it just exploded. This thing just oozes mucilage (I quite often catch it drooling) and it doesn't ever seem to stop turning darker and darker shades of pink.

The flower should be open in a few days - pics will follow!

Now what do you make of this:

My P. moctezumae, after making a miraculous recovery from the verge of death, has hit a rough patch. The ends of the leaves are shriveling up. It's still producing flowers constantly, but the foliage doesn't look too good. Any advice here? Too wet maybe?

Here's mine.... not looking like it's going to do anything special for me this year, until I give it a good winter chill:
