I find that abnormalties like that occur when a plant splits into several growth points. Hey, I've got two Drosera capensis (genetically different) that look like they have a few leaves from D. aliciae just becuase they're regrowing from a munched growthpoint.

What your photograph shows me is a plant producing a few leaves with multiple lobes. Many things can cause this, variations in environmental conditions, physical damage from humans, insects, or other animals. Chemical damage from harsh pesticides or other.
