Growing P. Lilaciana

birdman

Fairly Obsessed
I have all the info from A World of Pinguicula site. I grow many, many different species and crosses. I have never grown this one before. Anyone have any cultural experience?

P. lilacina is an annual butterwort.

This species grows quickly from seed and can flower at a young age, with some of mine flowering at 3 months out from seed.

After flowering, this plant dies off just as quickly.

If you want to keep this one in your collection, be prepared to collect seed from the flowers, while you still have them,

and continue to keep the cycle going.
