Here they both are 1 in back and 1 in front of the Nepenthes. As you can see both are white flowers. Are these the P.Ioanthas Jaie? Thanks Nep.G.

the P Ionantha leaves will be somewhat wide and pointed at the ends...

The Primiliflora will have slender leaves with rounded ends...I have have both flower and I can't remember what the colors where...I thought the Prim was purple ( I could be wrong )

Your picture looks like the Ionantha....in my humble opinion :cheesy:

Yup that be mine the leaves are wide and pointed to a point. The flowers are mostly pure white with a slightly light blue center in the center. How do I pollinate them? Thanks Jaie! Nep.G.

to pollinate pings, take a small paint brush or toothpick, insert intothe opeing of the flower and try to get some pollen. when you get some yellow pollen, dab it around the inside of the plant. p.ionatha has white flowers with purple streakes in the middle.

Once you get the pollen from the back of the inside of the flower, dab it onto the white pad on the top of the inside of the flower. That is the female stigma, which will slowly turn brown after fertilization.

The petals of the flower will fall off within days after sucessful pollination.

OK I found the pollen on that big clump or gob of it. Then I consulted the Savage Garden on where to find the stigma. Well I found it. It looks somewhat like minature human tongue or a pouch or a woman's purse sorta. It was sticky cause I can see pollen grains on it. Soo we will see what happens and if I get seed. Willl I get seed as I saw pollen on the stigma. Nep.G.
