Pinguicula leaf feeding

I heard that maybe fishfood (flakes) could be good for feeding pinguicula is that true?, if not what else can i give to my ping instead of insects? (since there are no many of them around here)

I wouldn't use flakes, unless you have more than one plant to experiment with. Freeze-dried Bloodworms work very well for my Pinguicula and Drosera. The kind I use has no other ingredient added besides mosquito larva.

Cindy, our moderator from Singapore, initiated a topic (which I cannot find at the moment) that shows pictures of Mexican pings with heart-shaped freeze dried bloodworms on their leaves.

hmm...I wanted to post later but it seems jimscott forced me into the open.

Actually, the bloodworms are not freeze-dried. They are frozen and I let them melt before I feed them to my newts and CPs.
