From "green" seed to seedlings

Here is a photo of my Pinguicula planifolia seedlings just prior to their first transplanting. You may remember that I earlier reported how this species has been very difficult for me to maintain (at all). However, with the parent of these seedlings I managed to get a flower and then a seedpod to form, yet the seedpod split open while the seed were still (literally green). I sowed them anyway and watched as they first turned brown and then promptly germinated. Here they are:

Wish me luck.

Well congratulations on your success. The seedlings look good. I hope they do well for you. Maybe you can add photos of their progress.

Great job and good luck. Please keep us posted. I had this plant once but lost it during dormancy.
