Podboy has the former pegged. If bright red it might be Sedum 'Christmas Cheer'. The second one looks more like Aeonium to my eye, but both genera are closely related so it could be either.
I would lean toward Tamlin with the Aeonium the are a little more upright stem like with the Eschs' being more gound clumping. As far as the first, if the pic was a little clearer I'd know for sure but I'll say it looks to me like Sedum rubrotinctum or as Pondboy said 'Pork and beans'
