nepenthes369

Viva La Revolution de Nepenthes!
I have 3 N. xMiranda cuttings and a N. ventricosa rooted cutting up for trade.
PM if interested.
Thanks

Just out of pure curiosity: Why are the pitchers so pale? Lack of light?

These are the upper pitchers which it decided to display, they tend to be a bit more pale than the lower pitchers; which are much more red with light red straitions. they were getting a lot of light for a while but I've moved them to see if it will redden up, still in fairly bright light though. It will most likely return to lower pitchers before reaching it's next large growth spurt or maybe it will continue to produce uppers until it decides to put out basals.

Interesting. I've heard that N. ventricosa will produce very red pitchers even in strictly indirect light.

Depends on the clone and mine does a red phase to the pale phase.
