just an fyi. here we consider it rude to beg. always offer reasonable trading material. things like "I want a hamata. thanks" or "I want a hamata. i have some capensis treed to trade for one" should not be said.

Well, what i do, when someone offers, i ask if they need anything i have.

A better way to phrase things is, "I am looking for N. hamata. I will pay for the shipping."

Alex is right. It is considered rude to post here and just ask someone to give you something. That is not the purpose of this trade forum.

The way to handle it is...to post "Looking for xyz." Then ask people to PM you.

We have so many very generous people here that give-aways are common. So its not like everything here is a trade.

Manners go a long ways too....things like "Please" and "thank you."
