Caulerpa For Carnivorous Plants

Adam

Sarracenia Collector
I have TONS of caulerpa, and i would be willing to trade it for cps. Any kind would be good, ESP. sarracenia and Drosera. Thanks very much. how much you get will depend on the size of the plants. I mainly want a filiformis. Thanks. Caulerpa is for saltwater only.

Be careful with the caulerpa. It's consider a serious environmental threat in most parts of the country and could be banned in your particular state.

Oh ok.
At least in california it is banned

Caulerpa as in the marine weed?
You need to be careful with that stuff, I beleive it's illegal in several states (definately in California) because it is highly invasive and has destroyed several reef ecosystems.

I would check somewhere first before you go trying to trade it/mail it.

edit: Brokken beat me

This caulerpa
so yes the marine weed

Doesn't look like caulerpa racemosa. Still, all caulerpa is pretty - but potentially dangerous.
