Dexenthes

Aristoloingulamata
I have six portions of Nepenthes seed for giveaway/trade. Each portion has roughly 10-15 seeds in it. This seed is less than two months old. This seed belongs to an unknown species of Nepenthes that is related to N. ventricosa.

Five of the portions are for giveaway. The sixth portion is up for trade.

Three of the portions will immediately go to the three posters in this thread who demonstrate their most competent ability to germinate Nepenthes seed.

The remaining two portions will be given away in classic random number method (list of names).

If anyone is interested in trading for the last portion, I am interested in live sphagnum moss, Sarracenia leucophylla, S. purpurea, S. psittacina, D. capensis "giant" or D capensis "bains kloof", D. regia, Aldrovanda, N. argentii.... Just shoot me an offer.

I've got some D.capensis "Giant" and all the Sarracenia you're looking for, just can't get to the Sarracenia until late March/early April.

Don't know if this justifies competence in germination, but here is my current setup:

Don't have any current pics, but I have successfully sprouted the following seeds: N. ventricosa (about 6 different batches), N. splendiana x ventricosa, maxima x ventricosa, Rokko x ventricosa, Rokko x veitchii, N. maxima miniature, N. eustachya, N. mirabilis echinostoma, N. rafflesiana (various forms), N. jamban, N. lingulata, etc.
Total sprouts count probably over 1,000 right now.....

Edit: I do have a couple pics, actually:
Shot from about a month ago of the N. eustachya

And a bit longer ago, a batch of N. ventricosa

5. East_to_west - Thanks! Hey BTW, is this the affinis sibuyanensis sp.? If it is then I already have a few locations of this seed and I'd rather give someone who doesn't the opportunity, as much as I'd love some more haha. Cheers!

I don't know whether the offer is open to non-US members. If it is not, I'll withdraw.

Germination is the easy part. Raising the seedlings is the real test of patience. These are species I germinated with surviving seedlings till now, N. albomarginata, ampullaria, gracilis, longifolia, mirabilis globosa, rafflesiana, sumatrana, and some lowland hybrids. The longest seed grown plant is albomarginata at 3.5 years old now. Most of my plants are lowland-intermediate. I do have a sibuyanensis since 2010 and still growing. Hopefully this indicates that my growing condition is not too far off for the seeds offered.

Some old photos of germinations.

Rafflesiana, the one at top right is rafflesiana x gracilis,
