Sarracenia collectors in Europe

I just checked out this list of Sarracenia clones grown in Europe. What's with the trend of growing bunches of clones that look the same that were harvested from different locations?

People aren't big into that in the US. And who's been digging plants from National forests for the European market? I will punch them.

so many chickens!

keep in mind that all plants had to come from somewhere originally. Most locational plants originate from seed that was conservatively collected from locations for hobby use.
Sib ;)
