Farlowella Cats

Does anyone have this cat (Farlowella acus). I understand that it's a good algae eater but picky and non-competitive feeder. Tougher than otos? I also read conflicting reports of size (anywhere from 7 to 10 inches).
 
They are awesome but they sure do look delicate with that snoot and all.
 
I just added a 4" farlowella to my 30 gallon tank today. One of the otos attached itself to his/her back for some time. What a great addition to the tank!
