What kind of fish is this?

Could someone please tell me what kind of fish this is. I got a 10 gallon tank and bought some fish for it last weekend, but I forgot what kind of Tetra it is! It's not a black skirt Tetra is it? It doesn't really have a black skirt. Thanks! P.S- Obviously, I'm talking about the real fish, not the fake one in the background :-P-:

Thanks Matt! So it's not a Tetra then?

Edit: I guess it's a type of Tetra. Do you know if they build bubble nests? There are bubbles at the top and it looks just like a bubble nest, like the one my Betta made. Thanks!
???

As Matt said it is a Tiger Barb. It is in the Barb family.
It is not a bubble nest builder, so if you have bubbles on top your water it's from another source.
Tiger Barbs are semi aggressive and notorious fin nippers of other fish.

Yeah I just read that about them this morning. I wonder where the bubbles are coming from? Maybe my filter. Anyway, thanks!
