Ok, I have finally had and have to come out of the closet. Most of the abbreviations that are being thrown about mean just shy of nothing to me.

For example I just learned today that IIRC means "if i remeber correctly" never would have figured that out...

BTW "by the way" and IMHO " in my humble opinion" I think I've got down.

All the rest of you hip young cats want to fill me and the rest of us "slower folk" in on the secret codes and handshakes ??

I know this will help out Jimscott for sure as he usually is too shy to just speak up about such things. So this one is for you too buddy !

BTW- those I listed above came from a site.... http://www.acronymfinder.com I was just giving a point... People have started abbriviating everything so it could mean anything. Sorry you all found my reply not helpful.
