I just thought I'd give a little update on the progress of my first plants. Thanks again to Pyro, xscd, and ilbasso for generously providing 99% of these for me. Time span is only one to two months but I'm still impressed they're mostly alive!

No idea what the heck I'm looking at here, but it's neat. :-D

what happened to your calcyfida? :( and i dont see your ceph either. take out the "" from your code. Alex

not sure what happened with the calcyfida, Its possible the peat was too dry the first couple days or its possible it just didn't handle the shipping temps very well. Most of these plants were from warmer growing conditions so I think the colder weather here sent them into a temporary dormancy. seems like some maybe turning back around. I'm holding out in hopes that some of the Aseneth Waite is still surviving below the surface.

Ohhhhh, those are before and after pictures. I see now.

I love your S. purpurea!
