If you use photobucket, click "edit" on the picture, and there there's a button at the top that says, "resize". You can do it manually, or there are custom sizes from a box that you can select, one of which is called "messageboard". Select that, click save, then click "overwrite existing image" and you're done.

If you have photoshop you can open it there and save it as a smaller or lower quality jpeg

I cant say that I have a fave but im pretty attached to my N. aristolochioides. The thing just dosent stop pitchering! But the rest of my neps are really close to me as well.
