Looks like spring tails to me. They just eat the junk that can grow on top moist media. They don't seem to be a problem.. but some say they can be if you have a large infestation.

Phew! I thought Jimmy was in serious trouble...although, there's a number of them...also, one day, I could've sworn I saw a little worm, so I picked it off the soil and killed it, I think it was a fungus gnat larvea , but I've never seen a worm again. I'll try to get as much out of there.
