Are these bugs harmful?

These were the little bugs I was talking about in Jimmy's pot.

Btw, they're not worms.
Ps: it's not acually as wet as it seems.
 
How do they move? Do they move really slow or do they jump like fleas?

Looks like spring tails to me. They just eat the junk that can grow on top moist media. They don't seem to be a problem.. but some say they can be if you have a large infestation.

Phew! I thought Jimmy was in serious trouble...although, there's a number of them...also, one day, I could've sworn I saw a little worm, so I picked it off the soil and killed it, I think it was a fungus gnat larvea :p, but I've never seen a worm again. I'll try to get as much out of there.
 
get some utrics or corkscrew plants to eat them up MMMM!!!
