Minibog Uprooted

DrWurm

Californian in DC
Today was the day I said goodbye to all the plants in my minibog. I uproooted every single VFT and D. capensis in there. They are currently on their way to kamiljablo, lucky winner of my NASC auction listing. Before I wrapped and packed them up, I took a few pictures. I think I severely underestimated in my plant tally.

He also won 3 S. "Judith Hindle." I took a shot of those too. They've been putting out some really stunning pitchers.

That's a generous donation. Are you replanting that bog?

Thanks.

Not in the near future. I'm moving to a college apartment this fall, so you could say the great temperate exodus has begun. For my less common plants, I'm going to find a temporary home, possibly with an LACPS member and reclaim them in a few years.

In the mean time, my tropicals have come under lights. I'll have enough room for a single growrack when I get to my college.

I'm here. :D LOL; I don't really want to be responsible for anothers plants; especially if they; ya know. :/

That's a lot of plants! I'm sure they'll do really well. I got a capensis and a flytrap from you in the auction a year ago, and they're still doing great!

Chances are that capensis and flytrap you got are genetically identical to the ones in the photos. A bit like the clone wars eh?
