Yes, looks very hungry. ;) It might so I would toss it outside.
 
Looks like a grasshopper, so go ahead and load it in a slingshot and sling it at some weed you don't like. I would suggest dandelions, poison ivy or D. capensis.

I would take a lighter and roast it. Nothing better than some roast grasshopper.
 
After you follow Mr. Truncatas suggestion dip it in chocolate ;)

Its not an animal, something that relies on CO2.

Umm, would it be N. villosa or a toothy nep? Maybe a VFT...Dentate traps :D

VFT. Now the ants started swarming the traps cause one of the legs are sticking out. :/
