Got Drosera?
I've been experimenting more with my Opteka 10x lens on my Canon A570. I was previously having difficulty with clarity due to a lack of good lighting. These photos were taken under a few 100 watt equivalent daylight compact florescent bulbs. The camera was on macro setting as well.

Here are a few shots of a D. capensis in action.

Yes, and the fly was still alive when I first saw it and took the photos. It's since caught a few small gnats too.

"Help meeee..."
 
It's final reaction, I'm sure, but not a chance. That fly and its groupies, these pseudo-ladybugs that have come from nowhere in droves over the past week, have been driving me buggy.

No luck in the latter getting stuck yet though.
