Hi Everyone, I'm a nubie and I'm not sure where to post this....Do you have a thread for the newcomers? I have some very basic questions and everyone sounds extremely advanced, I'm alittle embarrassed to just pop right up with a question.

You may want to do a search on "Nepenthes University". It's a pretty comprehensive list of species, their requirements and even some tips and tricks on how to get started with neps.

chances are, many people have asked the same questions in the past. do a search through the thread forum. take a look at the stickies in each section. that should bring you up to speed. and if not, go ahead and ask a question on the chatboard. people are usually pretty helpful and wont mind answering noob questions
