Thanks!!

..and in that case, here's a bug that caught itself in a N.dubia pitcher. It appears to be a small gnat or something:

Your mystery dew looks like D. schizandra to me.

Your mystery dew looks like D. schizandra to me.

D. adelae, when young, will produce oval or round leaves before its characteristic lance-like leaves. It's very likely that the "mystery dew" is D. adelae, given how this prolifically this species reproduces asexually with plantlets erupting from its roots.

You are probably right. I am horrible guessing nepenthes, why buck the trend with dews. :)

Your neps look especially nice as of late, and that eymae x jacq makes me jealous. :-))

wow.. Not to rub it in, but I'm sure our eymae x jacquelineae seedlings came from the same batch. And your little guy is about half the size of mine. Looks pretty healthy though.

Thx - did you get yourself one yet? SG ones are still floating around at least the US, if you're in on that whole 'only sg' business too :p

Thank you, and I guess quasimoto was too :-))

Oh why thank you - it shouldn't, you've got a nice big SG hamata that I'm jealous of too so I guess that just makes us even.

I expect your plants to be doing better than mine at all times because yours are climate controlled and mine are at the whims of mother nature in San Diego. So if mine were bigger, we'd have problems fo sho :0o:
