So for Easter this year I'm bringing sushi to my family gathering, we all do appetizers. While I've made the basic stuff plenty of times, I really branched out this time. I stopped by an asian fish market today, got a sashimi grade tuna steak, thin sliced tilapia for sushi, and a raw eel to barbecue!
